Nelson takes some time to warm up to his people, but once he does, he wants nothing more than to follow you around! Nelson would do best in a home without young kids as he continues to grow his confidence. When meeting new visitors to your home, he will feel much more comfortable being introduced outside or staying in the safe haven of his crate. Nelson will really appreciate this little bit of consideration to keep his anxiety down while making new friends- and he’ll love you for it!
Plays well with female dogs, but needs a cat free home. He also prefers women over men.
